Price & management

What does a website cost?

Founding offer: $499 setup + required $79/month from launch. Limited to the first 10 founding clients. After the founding offer: $799 setup + required $99/month from launch. Your founding base monthly rate is protected during continuing agreed service.

What does the free preview include?

A bounded homepage design concept, initially watermarked desktop/mobile images and a walkthrough. We review business fit and materials, confirm timing, and use selected supplied images when appropriate. The free request does not include a complete website, finished source downloads or admin access, and does not authorize a charge. If interactive review is needed, restricted expiring access is used; anything visible can be captured.

When do I pay?

$499 setup: $249.50 at agreement signing and $249.50 when the finished paid website is approved and ready to launch, or full $499 at signing. Required $79/month begins at actual launch with either option. Fit and founding availability are confirmed before signing. A free preview request authorizes no charge.

What does the monthly service include?

Required ongoing care handles the ordinary operation of the managed website: hosting, SSL and HTTPS configuration, backups, form monitoring, routine maintenance, minor fixes, basic support, and one small website update request each monthly billing period. It begins at launch. Unused update requests do not roll over. Major additions and new functionality are scoped separately; the standard service does not include unlimited development or a continuously staffed help desk.

Can I buy the website without the monthly service?

Not under the current standard offer. Match the Work is built around one managed service so the website remains maintained, backed up, monitored, and supported after launch.

How do I request changes?

Contact Match the Work with one consolidated small update request for the monthly billing period. It can include reasonably small changes to existing hours, contact information, service descriptions, pricing, or photographs. Unused requests do not roll over. New pages, major new sections, redesigns, and new functionality need a separate scope, which is confirmed before separately chargeable work begins.

Your materials & domain

Who owns and manages my domain?

Domain ownership, billing, and administration are confirmed in writing before launch. Match the Work handles the agreed technical setup and management so the domain connects correctly to the website.

What if I do not have professional photos?

We can still plan the site around the best approved materials available. If stronger photography is important to the finished result, we will identify that early rather than pretending weak images do not matter.

Revisions & next steps

How many website revision rounds are included?

The initial website build includes two client revision rounds. One round is one consolidated set of requested changes after review. Match the Work corrections to its own mistakes or missed agreed scope do not use a revision round.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation, transfer, source-file access, and exit terms are provided in the written service agreement before the project begins.

Do you only work with businesses in one area?

No. Small service businesses in the Bradenton area are a local focus, and Match the Work also works remotely with qualified small businesses elsewhere. Location does not need to be a barrier.
