Website information
Information on this website describes the current Match the Work service and founding offer. Project scope, pricing, ownership, cancellation, transfer, support, and other client-specific terms are controlled by the written service agreement for the project.
No guarantee of business results
A website can improve presentation, clarity, and contact flow, but Match the Work does not promise search rankings, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes unless a written agreement specifically states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Client ownership and licensing terms for domains, business content, logos, and custom website source files are addressed in the client service agreement before work begins.
Free homepage concepts
A free preview request begins a fit and materials review. The bounded free deliverable is a homepage design concept, initially watermarked desktop/mobile images and a walkthrough. It does not include a complete finished site, source-file download or admin access. Anything visible can be captured. Paid-project deliverables, ownership and use terms are controlled by the written agreement; this request does not create an agreement or authorize a charge.
Client feedback
Feedback must describe first-hand client experience. Entering an email does not verify a project relationship. Publication is optional, requires permission and a checked relationship, and follows the same moderation standards for positive and critical reviews. Private contact information is not published. Contact us to request a correction or withdrawal. Own-site feedback is separate from Google Maps reviews.
Payments
Client invoices and recurring managed-service payments are processed through Square. Payment terms, authorization, refunds if applicable, and any project-specific billing details are controlled by the written client service agreement and invoice. Match the Work does not collect payment-card numbers through this website.
Website availability
Match the Work may update, change, or temporarily interrupt this website as needed for maintenance, security, or business operations.
